Waconia's chain-belt conveyors offer direct-to-leg receiving (from truck or rail car) with "drive-up, drive-away" speed, convenience, and safety. They're easily customized to install in your plant or outside, or both, with either the truck or rail car hopper next to the leg. All #304 stainless steel construction allows direct contact with the ground. And they're fully enclosed, so you can forget about problems with dust and moisture. Waconia's exclusive "even-flo" gate distributes the weight of material being received around the chain-belt - not on it - eliminating a major cause of stretching and wear. It also provides the proper flow of product to the leg, regardless of weight or density. This eliminates waste of precious man hours to constantly monitor material flow from the unloading vehicle. Standard installation or custom, Waconia's Bulk Carrier can handle virtually any material conveying requirements you might have - practically dust free. Standard transitions for 0 to 60 degrees help simplify installations when space is limited. Capacities from 60 to 120 tph help get the job done fast. Built for heavy industrial use, the Bulk Carrier is constructed of #304 stainless steel (mild steel is available). High grade steel chain has stainless steel pins to help prevent chain freeze up.
