Sackett Bulk Conditioner
The Sackett Bulk Conditioner delumps and screens your material in one pass. The
Conditioner's effecient, low-dust operation is not only designed to break material lumps,
but size them as well for precision applications. Designed to handle large tonages,
the Sackett Bulk Conditioner assures your product won't be degraded.
A vital link in any plant, the Sackett Bulk Conditioner will deliver the premium
product your customers have come to expect!
Available in Four Standard Models
- Model 135 - this unit is provided with a 13'6" wide charging
hopper and is equipped with a 30-HP drive. This very heavily built machine is
suitable for receiving feed from front-end loaders having bucket size up to 5 cubic yards.
- Model 90 - this unit is provided with a 9'0" wide charging hopper
and is equipped with a 15-HP drive. This is, for the most part, fed with the new,
larger-sized front-end loaders.
- Model 75 - this unit is provided with a 7'6" wide charging hopper
and is equipped with a 10-HP drive. Generally fed by small front-end loaders.
- Model 30 - this unit is provided with a 3'0" wide charging hopper
and is equipped with a 7 ?-HP drive. For conditioning small lots of material,
using hand shovel or for feeding directly from open-mouth bags.
