- Waconia Rotary Blending System was the first to offer grease packed
belt takeup rods that prevent corrosion "freezing" ...the first to design hinged
weigh hopper conveyor motor mounts that allow quick and easy V-belt tightening...the first
to utilize the tri-roller and slider pan design to form conveyor troughs...and the first
to offer a fast 4-ton per minute discharge drum.
- Blender Express™ For blend quality and accurate loadout
weights it's tough to beat Waconia's Blender Express. And you'll be amazed at how
easy it is to use! Simply enter pounds of material you want discharged from
each bin on the remote electronic keypad. To assure you never outgrow the system you
can start with as few as 4 bins and expand with additional bins as your needs change.
And with optional micro-nutrient hopper and impregnation system you can deliver
special blends with ease.
- Orbital Mixer If blend quality, floor-space requirements and
dust-free operation are top priorities in your mix/blend plant, then Waconia's
direct-drive Orbital Mixer will be the perfect fit. Constant front-to-back material
flow and continuous blending during load/unload cycle produces exceptional blend quality.
Lifting paddles welded to the wall of mixing drum feed material forward and drop it
into a center-mounted, flow-through screw trough. The screw reverses flow of
material to the rear of drum and dumps it back onto the lifting paddles.
- Tapered Auger Series Vertical Blenders have a tapered blending auger
that quickly, yet gently, draws material from the payload hopper into the blending drum.
Once inside, material is constantly blending as it moves up the center and down the
sides. A complete blend cycle takes only seconds. Blend quality is excellent.
Scale and blender are factory tested and shipped fully assembled. The only
onsite assembly required is to bolt on hopper. A ?-inch stainless steel spray ring
for impregnation is standard.
- Self-Contained Vertical Blenders are fast, compact, and proven winners
in providing consistend blend quality. Four ton/minute discharge on 24" wide
PVC belt. TEFC motors. Rubber lagged head pulley and three roller troughing
idlers for improved tracking, longer belt life. Quick and easy adjustment of belt
tension. Manually operated salem valve discharge is easily operated and reliable.
Vertical auger can be easily removed from the top.
- Tower Blender The ultimate in speed, versatility and blend
quality. Available with 4, 6 or 8-ton batch blender, up to 150 tph.
Electric-actuated, air-cylinder gate control for accurate weights. Dust-tight gates
and scale-hopper connection with air return for dust-free operation.
